“Laura, it was nice to go to your class. I felt so good after every Yoga practice because my shoulders was injured and I was expeirencing lots of pain at night. I really enjoy the class.
I like the stretching of the body, loosening, breathing, focusing and balancing. It calms my mind and body. After just 2 sessions, I could feel my body was more balanced. I felt able to balance better without falling or leaning one side or the other so quick. Finding a focus point is good idea.
Your teaching is very good, you are calm and helpful. By talking through each movement, we could follow you correctly. Also, you really encouraged everyone to go at their own pace with the classes.”

“I recently joined Laura's 5 week yoga course after suffering with lower back issues for several months.
This was my first introduction to yoga and it was an amazing experience, lovely friendly and relaxed sessions - plus I haven't had to go back to the physio since!
Laura was a brilliant teacher and the class was at times challenging (I'm a complete beginner) but Laura was extremely helpful taking the time to explain the poses and to make adjustments to suit my various joint limitations. I left each class feeling invigorated, more supple and a couple of inches taller!
